- To view or manage your subscription, you must be logged into your account. Log in to your account here.
- Next, click the circle account icon on the top right corner of your screen to open the menu. In the menu, choose "My Account"
- From there, you will see a screen showing your current subscription information and status. If your subscription status shows as "active" then you can cancel by clicking the button "Cancel Membership" followed by clicking "Yes, please cancel".
- Next, you will see a message at the top of the screen confirming the subscription is canceled. In addition, the status will change from "active" to "canceled" Once you reach this point, you will not be charged again, you are successfully canceled. *
*You will still have access to your premium apps through the "Expiry Date" shown regardless of the status of your subscription.
